by inviting and using cascade ("the bot") in your discord server ("server"), you agree to be bound by these terms of service ("terms"). if you do not agree to these terms, do not use the bot.

we reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. continued use of the bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

you must be at least 13 years old to use the bot. by using the bot, you represent that you meet this requirement.

server administrators are responsible for ensuring their server members comply with these terms.

you agree not to use the bot for:

• any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• harassment, abuse, or discrimination against others
• spamming or disrupting other users
• attempting to bypass any restrictions or limitations
• automating commands through self-bots or unauthorized scripts

the bot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. we do not guarantee:

• uninterrupted or error-free operation
• specific features or functionality
• data retention or backup

we may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time without notice.

to the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• any direct, indirect, or consequential damages
• data loss or corruption
• server disruptions or downtime
• actions of other users

we may terminate or suspend access to the bot immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users.

you may stop using the bot at any time by removing it from your server.

these terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the united states, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
